In the realm of fashion, let’s applaud the pink purse!
Fashion is meant to be fun and titillating, to move your senses and elevate your aesthetic sense to a higher level! Creativity at its finest!
What is more eye catching and pleasing to look at than a pretty pink purse? With so many purses and handbags to choose from, I am going to keep this blog post centered on only pink purses (I will touch on other purses and handbags in separate blog posts). Since we are into the month of March and the Spring season will be marching in soon, what better way to celebrate the warmer, flowery season than to share pleasing, charming and elegant pink purses!
Be it hot pinks, pastel pinks, bright pinks, fuschia pinks or soft pinks, pink is a feminine, persuasive color. And people the world over love their purses! Mixed together, the pink purse is a first-rate handbag that fits perfectly into anyone’s closet!
Purse: A medium to large bag that is often fashionably designed (and let’s not forget colorful), typically used by women to hold personal items such as wallets/coins, keys, cosmetics, hairbrushes, mobile phones, etc. The stylish, coveted bag known as the purse can also be used for holding pepper spray, books, magazines, and a million other items that women find necessary to carry on their person at all times!
No matter what your favorite color is, or what style of a purse that you prefer to carry, the pink purse will always prevail!
From clutch purses, to bucket purses to tote bags, and from shoulder straps to handles, pink purses make a statement: I know myself and I know my style!
“But I’m not a girly girl, I don’t wear pink,” you protest! Not a problem, as with a pink purse, you don’t wear the pink, the purse sashays wherever you go, adorned in the prissy pink color that all eyes are drawn to! Translation: The purse wears the pink! You only happen to be carrying it!
One pink item attached to your hip or to your hand doesn’t shout girly girl! It screams “I am chic. I am fashionable. I am comfortable in my own skin!” Also, a male purse snatcher may not be so willing to steal a pink purse, as he would look mighty suspicious running down the street clutching tightly to a very noticeable pink handbag!
Carrying a pink purse sends out a vibe all of its own! Elegant and alluring, playful and provocative!
Whether your tastes run ruffly and frilly, or practical and punchy, a pink purse works on all levels!
Natalie North, my knock-out, super stylish, super sexy private investigator who busts cheating partners in my novels, A Passion for Prying and Murder Can Be Messy, always carries her trademark, frilly pink purse when she follows adulterous lowlifes, on stakeouts and when out in the field on surveillance. Natalie stays up to the nines in fashion even while she’s catching the crooks!
Natalie’s signature pink purse is such a vital part of Natalie’s presence that the to-die-for purse has made the book covers!
Natalie’s .38-caliber revolver in her right hand and her dainty, prissy pink purse in her left hand! What more does a licensed private detective need?
And when Natalie rests her tired feet as she contemplates how to catch the killer, her frilly pink purse is right there with her in Murder Can Be Messy!
So throw away any preconceived notions that pink purses are only for little girls and for women who can’t ride motorcycles or drive muscle cars! Pink purses are for everyone who is brave enough and beguiling enough to carry one!
From ballerinas to barmaids, from casual to classy, pink purses are perfectly pretty and pleasing!
The next time that you go shopping for just the right purse, go with the always popular pink! You’ll marvel at your choice, I think!
A purse that is pink is a hot link to fashion, to glamour, to fun!
Carrying a pink purse, in the realm of glitz and glam, says I know who I am!
